Tresio offers a wide range of features that can be flexibly adapted to different ways of working. Since not every workspace is needed on a daily basis, you can tailor the interface to your specific requirements and display only the areas you actively work with.
The default main menu on first login
After your first login, the main menu on the left-hand side displays a selection of key workspaces. These are enabled by default and allow you to get started quickly with the most important functions.
Show more – menu management
By clicking “Show more”, you access Tresio’s menu management. This area forms the basis for customizing your main menu. Here, you define which workspaces are visible, how your navigation is structured, and how clear and focused your working environment should be.
Menu management helps you adapt Tresio to your personal workflow and focus on what matters most.
Showing or hiding workspaces
In menu management, you control which workspaces are displayed in the main menu.
The column “Add to menu” shows the current status:
- A green checkmark indicates that the workspace is visible in the main menu
- An empty circle means that the workspace is hidden
You can change the status at any time with a single click. Hidden workspaces remain fully accessible and can be opened directly whenever needed.
Access without displaying in the main menu
Not every workspace needs to be permanently visible in the main menu. If you still need access, simply click on the name of the respective workspace.
Using the “Navigate to page” option, the workspace opens without being shown in the main menu. This keeps navigation clean and uncluttered while all functions remain available.
Information icon – short workspace description
An information icon is displayed next to each workspace. Hovering over it shows a brief description of the workspace’s purpose.
This is especially helpful for rarely used areas, allowing you to quickly understand their function.
Last update / last synchronization of a workspace
Within menu management, you can see when a workspace was last updated or synchronized.
The displayed date refers to the most recent successful data update, for example through synchronization with a connected system or an internal update of the workspace.
This allows you to quickly assess how current the displayed information is and whether data has been synchronized recently.
Direct actions in the menu
Some workspaces provide direct actions within menu management. These are shown in the “Actions and status” column.
Depending on the workspace, this may include actions such as:
- Add integration, to connect the workspace with an external system
- Synchronize data, to update existing connections
In addition, the current status is displayed, such as Connected or Blocked. This gives you an at-a-glance overview of which workspaces are active and which actions are available.
Collapsing and expanding the main menu
To gain more space on the main screen, the main menu on the left-hand side can be collapsed.
This is particularly useful when working with large tables, overviews, or dashboards, as it creates a cleaner and more focused layout. The menu can be expanded again at any time.
