Regional settings

On the “Regional settings” page you can adjust how dates, amounts, and data entries are displayed throughout the system. You can configure the date format, amount formatting, and the number of entries per page for data tables.

Date display and Export formats

Choose your preferred date format for display and data exports:

  • ISO 8601 – 2025-02-14 10:55
  • American – 02/14/2025 10:55 AM
  • European – 14.02.2025 10:55

Thousands Separator

  • No delimiters -1234567890.36
  • single quote (‘) – 1’234’567’890.36
  • Backtick (`) – 1`234`567`890.36
  • Single space – 1 234 567 890.36

Decimal formatting

  • Separate cents with dot -1 234 567 890.36
  • Separate cents with comma – 1 234 567 890,36
  • Cut off decimal part when editing – 1 234 567 890

Note: For the Amount export format, the chosen formatting applies to text-based exports (e.g. CSV). For the Excel export, amounts are exported as native numeric values, so the formatting is not applicable there.

Entries per page

Define the number of entries displayed per page in data tables. Available options: 10, 25, 50, 100, 250, 500, 1000.
