The My Packages page allows you to view your package details and make changes if needed. You can upgrade or downgrade your subscription, check your billing cycle (monthly or annual), view your billing date, and see the package expiry or next billing date.

How to upgrade my subscription
To upgrade your subscription, click the Upgrade package button. This will take you to our Pricing, where you can explore available plans with detailed comparisons.
If you cannot see the My Packages page in the left-hand menu, you need to enable it by navigating to MORE TOOLS.

Once you check the box next to My Packages, the page will appear in your menu.
How to cancel my subscription
We’re sorry to hear that you’re considering leaving Tresio and would love to speak with you to see if there’s anything we can do to help. However, if you decide to proceed, you can cancel your subscription at any time by following these steps:
- Go to the left-hand menu and select My packages.
- Click the Downgrade package button.
You can downgrade to the Demo version, which provides free access and cannot be closed.
Important Note: If you wish to erase all data from the system, you will need to delete your company from the Companies screen.
How to access invoices & edit billing details
To access your invoices, manage billing details, or update credit card information, log in to your customer portal (hosted by Stripe). Use the registered email address where you receive your monthly or annual bills from Tresio. A magic link to the customer portal will then be sent to your email.
